 Guild Drama

1.)  Obligations of Leadership  (When your game becomes your job..)

- Enforcing Guild Rules/ Rules Lawyers/ mediating fights between guild members, guildies refusing to group with one another over personality issues.

2.) Baby mama Drama (It happens)

When Guilds implode due to in game flirting translating into real life affairs between members.

3.) The Drama Llama

When in-game/ in-guild arguments spill onto your Guild forums... or WORSE... the GAME Forums.  Mortification and flame wars and hurt feelings ensue!

Quotes (thanks to Zaught)

In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the
silence of our friends.

Guilds increase the potential for fun, but also increase how much
drama may affect your game - because you actually may care about the
other person's opinion.
